We very much hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your stay one of a kind.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave as well full utilities.
You even have your very own bean to cup coffee machine loaded with fresh and very high quality coffee beans.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers full media entertainment alongside high speed internet access.
This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 plus.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed and a 45" TV with full Sky and Wifi
In the next bedroom, there is also a king bed and a 45" TV with full Sky and Wifi
The third bedroom contains a king bed and a 45" TV with full Sky and Wifi
And the fourth bedroom contains a double bed and a 45" TV with full Sky and Wifi
There are also two sofa beds in the lounge and a luxury air bed in order to cater for the bigger groups.
Every bedroom comes with its very own 45" flat screen smart TV with full Sky TV throughout the house with Sky Movies, Sky Sports and Sky Kids.
The lounge has a whopping 65" smart TV and there is high speed Wifi with 5 boosters throughout the house ensuring maximum signal strength wherever you are.
There is one bathroom and two toilets.
The first bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink and a shower over the bath.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable as well as basic toiletries and amenities such as hair dryers, iron and ironing table.
There is also a dining table that seats 8 and converts into a pool table and table tennis table. There are two further pop tables for use whilst the pool table is operational.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is on road permit parking for as many cars as you like. We pay for the first car for you for the duration of your stay and you can buy as many additional permits as you like for £9.80 per day per car. We will arrange the permits for you so it is totally hassle free for you.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
