This stylish, cosy and recently renovated apartment is perfect for a relaxing stay or a stay filled with action, 5 minutes walk from The Grove Ferry pub with paddle boarding or boat tours, a walk round the nature reserve and endless countryside walks and a 10 minute drive into the centre of Canterbury.
Set in 7 Acres, We are a working small holding with ponies, chickens and ducks.
Off road parking with gated entry, wrought iron stairs leading to the annexe with views over the fields and pond.

Spacious recently refurbished 1 bedroom flat. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar looking over the fields and pond. Fresh eggs from our chickens are available daily.
A modern bathroom with a large walk in shower and heated towel rail.
The front room has a super comfy Loaf sofa and a smart tv with Netflix’s.
It has a large desk that can be used for work or even dinner looking over the front of the house.
The bedroom has a double bed with white Egyptian cotton bedding and 2 dressing gowns. There is also the advantage of a Dyson fan or heater if required.
In the hallway there is shoe and coat storage and a full length light up mirror.
