Sunnybanks is a well-presented, reverse level, substantial home nestled in a quiet private road in the centre of St Mawes, it is a short walk (300m) to the harbour - but there is a steep hill. The living areas are stunning with superb views, tasteful decor and artworks by local artists adorn the walls.
