Occupying the first and second floors of this superbly located property, 45a has been expertly designed, sound-proofed and refurbished to create deluxe comfort and tranquillity for up to four guests - with the vibe of this cosmopolitan town’s culture right on the doorstep.
On the first floor is a handy small cloakroom, and a light, airy, open-plan cooking, dining and living space. The kitchen area is equipped with washer/dryer, full-sized dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and combi microwave/oven. Dining is casual at the breakfast bar, or convivial around the table which easily seats four, and the large, enticingly comfy, modular sofa is the perfect spot to unwind in front of the wall-mounted Smart TV, or simply just lounge, relax…
… then retire upstairs for a restful night’s sleep in the luxuriously-appointed second floor bedrooms. The master features a super-king bed – which can be split into twins as required – and an ensuite with shower.
