This is a very beautiful and private spot nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Less that 15 minutes from the famous hub of Cheltenham Spa, the apartment is a haven surrounded by it's own private beautiful landscape of ancient woodlands. We have our own private water supply on the land, so the water is deliciously fresh.

We are on the doorstep of the famous Cotswold Way, for those lovers of walking and exploring.

The house is surrounded by the majesty of Puckham Woods, an ancient woodland and often grazing outside your window you will see our herd of horses, whom you are welcome to greet and say HI to. There is a hidden valley on the estate that has a lovely bluebell wood, something special for May visitors. Often in the early ours or closing of the day Roe deer, fallow deer, muntjak, foxes, badgers, rabbits, pheasants will be found roaming your doorstep. An enchanting, truly English county experience.

The space
The apartment has it's own separate entrance at the side of the house (photo 2&3), yet is attached to the main house. It is a studio apartment (meaning the bedroom and living room is combined). There is a very comfortable murphy bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

It is really a lovely cosy apartment that is private and peaceful.

We have a large pond (in the photos) which sits to the left in the front of my house. You are more than welcome to make yourself comfortable near and around the grounds.

We have our own private water supply on the land, so the water is as fresh as you can get.

Other things to note
You will need a car. This is a remote area. However, this is it's beauty, because within only 15 minutes you are in the centre of town. 15 minutes to the race course and 20 mins-60minutes to most of the surrounding Cotswold villages and major attractions like Bath and Bristol.
