Positive: Location was fair, but positioned not far away from a Major Road, which gets quite busy during certain times of the day. This, also makes entering and exiting to the long drive -way leading to the site quite hazardous. Noise from the traffic was unexpected, and disturbed the tranquility one would have expected from such a lovely natural location. The natural sounds of birds were sometimes washed out by the sound of passing traffic. What I had expected was a more tranquil and peaceful setting even though I knew before hand we were next to a road. The sound of the Cockerel waking me up at dawn was a pleasant and natural surprise.
