Summary: Central location ideal for exploring the beautiful city of Brugge. Welcome email before stay giving codes to access building and our room made check in easy and seamless. Room was clean and generally in good nick for the price point. The only negatives (if I am being picky) were there was no one at reception for our entire stay, our shower was flooding the bathroom (we had to turn it off and on a few times each shower to let the water drain to stop it overflowing and put towels on the bathroom floor). As there was no staff around we had no one to report this to. Also, although there is a room to store luggage before/after check in, this room is unlocked with no staff supervision so I was anxious leaving property there unattended. Last point, there is no lift for guests to use so hotel would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who found stairs difficult.
