Positive: Property was extremely spacious and comfortable. It is located at the end of a long ( 3/4 mile ) private road and is in a very beautiful and tranquil location and despite it being next door to the owners house it felt very private. We were a party of 3 so could eat in the kitchen but when we entertained relatives living nearby the dining room and lounge easily accommodated 8. Close to village of Alford ( 2 miles ) which had a supermarket , bakers , butchers etc. Very dog friendly .

Negative: Really nothing but particular to our group because we had extended family for meals a few more soup plates , dinner plates would have been good . Also a bread knife .
