Positive: We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, the young man on the reception when we arrived had changed our room to a shower not over a bath as my friend and i have mobility issues, we were also on the 2nd floor and not lower ground as the lift didn't go down and we would've had to use the stairs. All the staff were encountered were polite, the room was spotless and was cleaned daily with clean towels when we had used them. It had everything we needed but also had more than we expected. Loved our stay at The Colonnade Hotel! ❤️❤️
