Positive: Location was great, plenty of walks on the doorstep. Easy access from main road network. Close to attractions like Richmond. Accommodation was clean and tidy. Good pub a short walk away.

Negative: Television location over hot tub - is this compliant? If the fixings failed then its a certain danger of electrocution to anyone using the hot tub. Outside toilet was ok but basic, shower was good. The privacy for the upstairs toilet was minimal. No operating instructions for any of the kitchen appliances. No operating instructions for the heating system. Kitchen extractor fan was greasy and needed a service. The dishwasher wasn't cleaning correctly, my partner had to clean it out before it would work. Dirty mugs in cupboard that hadn't been washed correctly. A shame really that these few things let it down.

Summary: A pleasant location and attractive building set in a village location close to the river.
