Positive: Superb location and views. Generally well equipped and well suited for families.

Negative: Some maintenance issues, not consistent with luxury prospectus e.g. leak and mould in bathroom, broken kitchen cabinet, finishes showing their age. Range cooker not really feasible option for Summer and electric hob and oven low end and tricky to use - experienced cooks in our party really struggled to produce decent meals.

Summary: Really great location offering lots for families but now in need of some maintenance and refresh.
