Positive: The Fern was perfect for our annual trip to a festival at Newark Showground, it’s a lovely property ideal for a group of up to 6 to stay close to events locally. The hosts are very welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed prior to our visit and also checked in with us during our stay. Already booked again for next year. Many thanks
