Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very comfortable beds and lounge. Plenty of seating. Large lounge area. Kitchen had all the appliances you could possibly need. Crockery and glassware were top quality. Lighting was great. Bathrooms were both great. A laundry with both washer and dryer was excellent.

Negative: Sheets supplied in the linen package were too small and we had to make our own beds. All instructions were in Dutch and we only speak English. We couldn’t work out the heating ourselves and we were there in January and it was freezing. An instruction manual with English instructions would be helpful. No soap or shampoo was provided in bathrooms. It would be helpful to know this. Laundry instructions also would be helpful. Communication with the host was hopeless. They didn’t respond to questions through booking.com platform until the question was asked again after several weeks of waiting. This more than anything else gave me concerns about the booking however the concern was unfounded as the actual property was excellent. Better communication would have made the whole experience a joy.
