We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition. This apartment is beautifully renovated with a modern interior, combining both looks and comfort to create space you’ll enjoy spending time in. The kitchen offers you all that you need and is ready for you to use it. The living room has a cosy sofa and comfortable armchairs. It’s the ideal place to relax after a long day of exploring London with a book or by watching some films on the big flat screen TV. The bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed, perfect to enjoy a good night's sleep. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed, comfortably sleeping 2 additional people. The bathroom is clean and neat. The apartment also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. You’ll find plants and art around, rounding up the space and making sure you feel at home right away. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This apartment requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
