Positive: Early checkin by fabulous and friendly reception staff as our room was ready. Fridge and microwave in room. Very very comfy bed. Close to where we were catching bus to Heathrow. Lots of options for food and drink close by

Negative: Our window looked out into the inside bar area at ground floor level so had to keep curtains shut.....

Summary: Would absolutely stay again...
