Positive: The owner rang to see if we were lost and even in the pouring rain came outside to make sure we got to the right place. The house was clean and tidy, milk was provided in a tiny fridge so we could have tea or coffee when we arrived which was very welcome.

Negative: When we booked it said breakfast included. After booking we had an email to say breakfast was not included but there were local options. It needs to be clearer at point of booking that breakfast is not included in the price. It also mentioned toiletries were included but there was no shower gel or shampoo, it was fine we had our own but again, it did say it was included which is misleading.
