Summary: Great location. Unfortunately Room 1 was horrible and had a noisy boiler which starts at 6am waking you. Promises to be moved to another room was not fulfilled. Broken tiles on bathroom floor. Unclean shower with evidence of hair from previous occupants and tv did not work. Shops nearby.
