Positive: The apartment is clean, modern and quiet located in the heart of Covent Garden. The beds are comfortable.

Negative: Unfortunately, communication with staff via Booking platform was slow and no response was received to messages sent to 24/7 mobile number provided. The property was cold even though Nest temperature was increased and heaters were switched to MAX. This was especially noticeable in the bedroom on the top floor where heaters were barely warm. On the morning of the last day, the water in the shower was cold even when only HOT tap was switched on. Lastly, the window seal in the upper bathroom is broken which prevented the window from being closed completely which let cold air in the room and created a security risk
