Summary: Our room was very cold. We called reception and they said we'd need to wait 2 hours for it to warm up, which it didn't...and by then it was too late to ask someone to fix it. We also ordered room service and there were bits missing from our order. A member of staff also walked into the room before check out time while we were in the bathroom. The hotel is very nice but I found the experience to be somewhat lacking.
