Positive: We'll appointed. It's in a very quiet location, with convenient parking. Close to Launceston and Tintagel, a good base for this region of Cornwall.

Negative: The kitchen is situated outside the apartment, the weather was good/dry when we stayed, so not a problem for us, but it would be different if we'd had a wet week.
