Positive: The house is within easy Uber distance of central London. There are excellent options for food within a short walk.

Negative: The house was just about clean enough. There was a smell of damp and mustiness to the back downstairs bedroom. kitchen and bathroom. The bedding did not look or feel particularly fresh. The towels did not smell fresh either. The host was very defensive from the start when questioned as to the presence of CCTV within the property and when it would be turned off. When trying to sort out the process for check out and return of the deposit (which needs to be paid in cash on check-in) the host was evasive and then accused me of interrogating him and being threatening. It served our needs for our week's work in Central London but would struggle to recommend and certainly would not return.
