Summary: The place was great. The location was fantastic, just a few mins walk from town, even less to the harbour and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. The pictures of the flat are a very fair representation and whilst it isn't the most modern looking, it does serve as a great base to explore Cornwall. Very good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Towels provided are too small and instead bath towels should be given. There also aren't hooks on the back of doors in bedrooms to hang towels up on. The bathroom does need a makeover as there are several cracked tiles, no ventilation, the bath creaks and around the sides, water is clearly getting in through the seal. The light is also very noisy and should be replaced. The whole flat does smell slighy stale and this is down to poor ventilation.
