Summary: My family and I(5 adults) stayed at Ty Ffynnon, Mydroilyn for a long weekend, it was spacious, well decorated and spotlessly clean throughout. It was well equipped, especially in the large kitchen/diner. The bedrooms are of a good size, simply, but tastefully decorated. (I do feel that the beds could have been of better quality as the singles are quite creaky with poor mattresses). The bedding was good though. There are, however, a few niggles that need to be put right. .Smarten up the outside especially the back. New windows would improve the look of the house . A light at the back would be useful when coming home in the dark. Access from the front door would be of benefit. .The range cooker's second oven needs an overhaul. .The fridge/freezer should be in the kitchen,its in an inconvenient position under the stairs and lack of ventilation might be causing a musty smell in the fridge. It was very clean so it can't be that. If all these minor problems were sorted this could be a 5* house. We had a really good stay, visiting both Newquay and Aberaeron.
