4 bedroom villa with outdoor swimming pool, outdoor shower, free private car park, jacuzzi, bar, exercise area, BBQ and whatever you need to enjoy a trip. The property is only 15 minutes walk to Elstree and Borehamwood train station which can take you to central London in about 35 minutes. Just to mention the smallest room is not in use but all other 4 bedrooms are available and the property is fully private and for the use of our guests.
The space
Large villa with 4 bedrooms and a study room. 2 bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bedrooms with large double beds. 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there are 2 other bathrooms within the house. There is an outdoor swimming pool with hot tub, out door shower and toilet. Brick BBQ under gazebo, outdoor waterfall and outdoor chairs. We have a basement with a bar area, sauna (which is currently out of use), exercise facilities (weights and mats) as well as football table. There is a large kitchen with all facilities required, large sofa, 85 inch 4K TV and Wifi access.
