Positive: Lovely home, very cute welcome package for us and our dog. Gorgeous views and perfect location! Close to a lovely river walk, and a short drive from Matlock bath which we love. Did some beautiful walks and lovely to come home and sit on the terrace. We have already said we hope to stay again! We felt really at home. Also one of the best equipped kitchens we have stayed in!

Negative: The only problem we had was due to the really hot weather the top floor bedroom which we stayed in the first couple of nights was just too hot, if you have a fan then perfect as the morning views are beautiful but the second double bedroom was just as lovely and super comfy so wasn’t an issue just advice for others if you go in hot weather! :)
