Positive: Location.

Negative: I was stood outside for 30 minutes before someone came to let me in. Ran the doorbell and rang the phone number, no answer. Dark stairwell and not been cleaned. Aerial socket hanging off the wall and most of the TV channels not working. A sign in the window that said that the window leaked when it rained.
