WATERFALL COUNTRY APARTMENTS are modern and open plan with a double bed and comfortable leather settee fully fitted kitchen area with hob and a combination microwave oven. modern bathroom extra large shower cubicle. ( no bath. Large shower only) This apartment is above a 100 yr old pub full of country charm. Good food and hospitality. A real Gem in the welsh countryside 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 There are 4 apartments on the same level. IDEAL FOR BLOCK BOOKINGS AND LARGE FAMILY GET TOGETHER!!!! The apartments can be booked together or separately. (Please check availability). We are at the centre of the countryside with plenty of fresh air ideal for family and romantic walks. We are dog friendly a charge of £10 per dog per stay. Please send a request that you will be bringing your dog and we would request that you bring the dogs bedding and bowls during your stay. (Dogs should be kept on leads at all times due to animals on farmland in the surrounding areas. ) Bicycles , motorbikes and 4x4 are welcomed. A secure lockable garage is available on request. FREE PARKING!!!!! Guest access Guests can have the self contained apartment to themselves where they can relax and enjoy the country views. There are 3 other apartments on the same level which can be booked individually or as a block booking if available. Apartments entrances are at the back of the Prices Arms access is an outside staircase. STEPS TO ACCESS THE APARTMENTS!!!! There is a gravel car park to the side where there is FREE PARKING!!! Other things to note Our apartments are above the Prices Arms and have an outside stairway to access the apartments. Once inside everything is level. NOT SUITABLE TO ANYONE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS OR STRUGGLING WITH STAIRS. !!!! BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE STEPS SO CHILDREN ARE TO BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. !!!! DOG FRIENDLY (charge of £10 )PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES provided once booking is confirmed.
