Wernddu Fechan House is just a fabulous, perfect space for friends and families to get together in this spacious, luxurious property, with a sizeable living room with a large TV, perfect for those movie nights in! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a Ninja blender, smoothie maker, and a Tassimo coffee machine. There is a separate dining room, with a table that can accommodate up to 14 guests. There’s also a huge games room with a ¾ size snooker/pool table fitted with professional match cloth, an exercise bike, dining table for six people and a 65" Smart TV, Sky TV, perfect for the kids whilst the adults are entertaining themselves.
All upstairs bedrooms have TVs and en-suites – who will choose the master bedroom with its super kingsize bed and huge en-suite with walk-in shower and spa bath? For your comfort there are digital thermostats in each room downstairs apart from the kitchen, upstairs has individual thermostatic radiator valves. There is a large patio area outside to the front of the property and to the rear is a private hot tub, patio area and grassed garden. The property sits within 10 acres of land. It would make a perfect venue for a unique, exclusive wedding celebration or a corporate retreat.
Both Neath town centre and Swansea are easily accessible, being approximately 4-5 miles from the property.

Aberavon beach is 8½ miles away, or visit the famous beaches of the Gower Peninsula, The Mumbles and Swansea Bay are all within 40 minutes or less. Pendine Sands, Tenby, Carmarthen, Bridgend (McArthur Glen Designer Outlet Village), Cardiff, Newport and Prince of Wales Stadium are all within an hour’s drive. The Penderyn Whisky distillery is under 30 minutes away where tours are available. Multiple local golf courses are available as is some of the best salmon and sewin (seatrout) fishing in the UK on the rivers Towy, Teifi, Gwilli and Cothi, a personal ghillie can even be arranged for you. It is a perfect base for anyone wishing to fish the Golden Grove or Abercothi Estates waters. Other coarse and flyfishing lakes and reservoirs are also available. Horse riding with a local equestrian centre is also available.
