Positive: Good facilities, especially having a warm utility room where our dogs slept. Spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Great walks on quiet lanes. Close to Ripon which has a good selection of supermarkets and local food shops.

Negative: Odd that the property was not decorated for Christmas at all. The kitchen needs a hand whisk please.

Summary: Comfortable, village cottage in great location.
