Summary: I stayed for three nights as part of a trip to the NEC for a weekend event. It was about 15-20 minutes driving, so well situated. The B&B was clean and kept very warm. The bed was comfortable with a good mattress. The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The Wi-Fi connection was good - I needed to be able to connect to my work VPN for a few hours and had no issues. The owners were very lovely, and the English breakfast was delicious - they happily amended according to requests. I was originally only going to stay two nights, but they let me add another night with no issues when I had some other plans change. No particular downsides - it is right next to the train tracks and sometimes got a little noisy, but the trains themselves were few and far between.
