Summary: The room was clean but the cleaner forgot to put in towels, a fact which I only realised after I was ready for bed, so I had to get dressed and go out to get some. The amenities are very poor, no TV, 1 coat hanger to hang on a flimsy hook, no glass for tap water, let alone any hairdryer, kettle etc. My room was opposite an internal building site and smelled like dust/ concrete. None of the plugs in my room worked so it was like a sensory deprivation room with no tv and no ability to charge my dead phone. I was eventually offered a replacement room at 10:35pm, after originally being told there wasn’t one available, but I couldn’t be bothered to pack up my bag and get dressed that late. The only real positive of the hotel was that the staff member, Mayur, was helpful and friendly.
