The Shell House is a contemporary house located in Dartmouth Town Centre in South Devon. The property has two double bedrooms and one family bathroom and it is pet friendly too. The kitchen/living/dining is on the ground floor and completely open plan along with a woodburner ( Guests to bring your own wood) , a great social space for a couple or friends on holiday. The first floor houses a double bedroom and the family bathroom and the master bedroom is on the second floor. The house is a short walk away from the local attractions in the town, so if you didn't want to drive everywhere during your holiday you don't have to. It is roughly a five minute walk from the bus stop and the passenger ferries.

Kitchen and Utilities: Electric Oven, Electric Ceramic Hob, Fridge, Microwave, Washing Machine (Located in the bathroom), Nespresso KRUPS Coffee Machine ( Guests to bring their own pods).
Entertainment: Large wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview in the living, kitchen and diner ( Guests can log into their own Netflix Accounts). Both bedrooms have Flat Screen Smart TV's with Freeview ( Guests can log into their own accounts).
For Families: Travel Cot and Highchair provided at the property. Guests to bring their own linen for the travel cot.
Outside Space: This property does not come with outside space.
Parking: All day parking is available at Dartmouth Park and Ride, alongside free parking a short walk away on Market Square (except Tuesdays and Fridays). Overnight parking is available in Mayor's Avenue Car Park on a first come, first serve basis. Unloading is possible outside the property.
General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided ( Please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. Mobile Phone signal is strong.
Pets: 1 Pet is Welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Accidental Damage Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
