Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is lovely, garden and outdoor pool area very pretty, the hotel generally has a happy and homely feel. Being dog friendly, having swimming facilities and the most helpful and friendly staff are all key attributes.

Negative: If I have to be picky, a few areas (incl. our bathroom) are tired (but acceptable and perfectly functional), however we are aware of the ongoing/rolling refurb to some areas. That said, everything worked, everywhere was spotlessly clean and comfy.

Summary: A comfortable and homely stay, with lovely staff and a big welcome for our dog Lyla. Thanks so much!
