Note: The garden is mostly enclosed with fencing and hedges, but the driveway is not gated. Note: The owner has advised that the house will be decorated inside and out with Christmas decorations. Frequented by visitors to the local countryside, this lovely settlement is located just three miles from the sea. The wider area also offers a wide variety of visitor attractions, including the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Tall Ships Harbour at Charlestown – all of which are within a 15 minute drive. The fishing harbour at Mevagissey is also nearby and allows visitors to take a passenger ferry across the bay to Fowey, just five miles away. Also within easy reach are the beautiful Roseland Peninsula villages of St. Mawes and St. Just-in-Roseland. With coastal walks, sandy beaches and beautiful towns, Polgooth is ideally placed for a fantastic family holiday.
