Llanerchaeron (9 miles) is ideal when you fancy something slower, with a Georgian villa and walled gardens to admire, while New Quay Honey Farm (4 miles) makes a sweet stop for local produce to take back to the lodge.
Admire your views across the fields as you go through the front door to this character cottage and into the compact but cosy lounge/diner. Overhead beams and a farmhouse-style door set the scene for this charming stay, with a table for two on one side of the room and a comfortable sofa and a TV on the other.
