The public footpath starting from right outside the drive leads to forest walks up to New Precipice Walk with outstanding views of the Mawddach Estuary. The footpath also provides access to the lake Llyn-tan- y Graig for wild water swimming and paddling. Coed y Brenin’s renowned mountain bike centre is just 3 miles away. For walkers and cyclists, the 9-mile Mawddach Trail can be joined over the unique toll bridge at Penmaenpool, 1 mile away.
