Walkers will not be disappointed with Wastwater and Scafell Pike, England’s deepest lake and highest peak just a short drive away, whilst families can enjoy Muncaster Castle and a ride on the La’al Ratty, the Ravenglass and Eskdale narrow gauge railway.
