Positive: Unbeatable location. Property was clean and a great size for a family of four. Lovely short walk into shops and restaurants with views of the Estuary. Great access to Castle and coastal walks too.

Negative: Kitchen area was limited on space, the pots and pans non-stick were worn and the kitchen bin lid mechanism was broken (stuck open). At this price point one should expect attention to these things . Toilets and sofas were so low to the ground it defied reason! If you are tall or have mobility issues the toilets and sofas will not be good for you. The property was on balance good and the niggles we had are perhaps subjective. The property was not cheap and so we thought that our areas of disappointment warranted a mention.

Summary: Lovely building, excellent location, BUT fittings and furnishings seem to be aimed at those under 4 feet tall!
