Summary: Smiling but unfortunately unhelpful receptionist. When I asked why I could not park in the hotel’s parking bays, three out of four of which remained vacant throughout our stay, I was told that parking is available only for guests who book directly with the hotel and not through websites such as Hotels.com. This is incorrect, as the Hotels.com listing makes no mention of such a restriction. The rooms also did not quite match the photos displayed online. The images on the website appear mixed up, with some photographs shown under the lower-priced rooms actually belonging to higher room categories. This is misleading, and the hotel should ensure that the photos accurately represent each room type.
