Positive: Nice clean room, facilities well kept. Lift to my room. Reception staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with laundry costs but rectified to my satisfaction.

Negative: Expensive vending machines €3 for small KitKat ($7 AUD). Everything at a charge, bag storage, have a preferred taxi and charge seems very high.
