Location
This is a quiet countryside spot on the edge of Welford-on-Avon, a village of pubs and green lanes, with Stratford-upon-Avon and its Shakespeare attractions a short drive away. A car makes the stay much easier, though buses run into town when needed.

Good to Know Before You Book
This is a converted brick barn on a working plot, so horses and chickens will be found nearby. The animals can be stroked, but please don`t feed them, though the chickens can be given bread. Two of the doubles sit under sloped ceilings where headroom is lower at the edges. The single bathroom is shared across all three bedrooms. Parking is in the bays outside the main house, and self check-in is via keysafe with details sent on the morning of arrival. Please keep smoking outside and away from the cottage, as there are animals on site, and keep any gates closed.
Extra charges
Pets are welcome at £30 per pet per stay, up to 2 pets, so please include them when booking. A few extras can be added, all subject to availability and requested after booking through a secure third-party platform: a log bundle at £20 (one bundle covers 2 nights), a breakfast hamper at £40 per stay, and early check-in or late check-out at £20 per hour, up to 2 hours.
Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
