Please note that our leisure club is closed while we repair damage to the area and will re-open later this year. our gym area will still be available. we apologize for any inconvenience caused, when booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. we only accept pets in some of our deluxe double rooms with sofa bed. please inquire for availability before booking. there is a £10.00 per pet per night charge. our restaurant will be closed on friday & saturday nights during december due to functions. 24th to 26th december and 1st january there will be limited evening food service. "festive celebrations" may be audible during this period. on new year's eve our restaurant is closed and there will be no meals available after 6pm. on new year's day our bed & breakfast rates include brunch served from 9am-11am. we hold events and functions at the hotel and party celebrations may be audible at times.

Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mention to Angharad on reception and Michael and Jack at the bar and breakfast area.

Negative: The spa facility being closed. But we did know this before booking to be fair.

Summary: Great hotel with the best staff.
