Summary: Nice spacious room - quiet and comfortable. Adequate breakfast - good hot food although bread offering could be better. Lovely staff at breakfast but reception staff could be more professional. Told nothing could be charged to room as ‘ this is a business and people could leave without paying ‘ - quite an insult.
