Positive: The room was good for our needs, well decorated clean and fresh

Negative: This hotel suffers from missing the little things, like not answering the phone when you call the Hotel to book dinner and check if they have a kids menu so you go somewhere else for dinner ,or not reading and therefore not actioning my requests in their early check-in procedure. Not enough towels with the individuals in the room… There were about 10 of these small things that individually would not cause any problems but when you add them up across our stay they became bigger things.I also didn’t know this was a dog friendly Hotel until we checked in and they were about nine owners checking in with their dogs. Thankfully, this didn’t cause us any problems over night.

Summary: Nice rooms. Suffering from the small things being missing that make the biggest difference.
