Positive: Emma on reception was really nice. She checked buses for me as we didnt know how to get to smaller towns ( Bus station in Eindhoven is massive) Tea/Coffee machine on reception, Everything was clean, beds very comfotable,

Negative: Maybe the fact that toilet was outside the room ( but it wasn;'t a huge problem)

Summary: Familiar safe trip in safe and comfotable hotel
