Positive: Perfect location and good breakfast.

Negative: The sound-proofing was not very good, at least on the street-side room. There was a very loud construction across the street which was unfortunate. The hotel was very kind to give me a new room after a few days, when a room from a quieter part of the hotel was available.

Summary: A great location, ask for a quiet room
