Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly; breakfast was okay. The proximity of the hotel to the train station is convenient to travelers who take public transportation.

Negative: We arrived after midnight and tried the heater but was not working; we were too tired to ring the front desk (we didn't sleep well because it was cold). The next day the day staff checked it and confirmed it was broken; they provided a small portable heater which was loud and did not heat the room; they should have changed our room but they did not offer. However, on that 2nd night the night staff changed the small heater to a much quieter and more modern portable heater; so on the second night we were able to sleep. The bathroom, although looked clean, smelled like it was not cleaned properly because of the smell of urine on the floor. Also, breakfast was only up to 09:30; most hotels' breakfast lasts until 11:00 or 11:30. It should be extended up to 11:00. There was an exception though on 25 Dec.; breakfast was up to 11:00 so we did not rush in the morning considering that we weren't able to sleep well the night before.

Summary: All in all, our stay was not that bad as the staff made up for the shortcomings of the hotel.
