The open plan living area with kitchen and sitting area leads to the conservatory/dining room, opening to thepatio garden with garden furniture, and beyond is the shared lawn and gardens with stream. There is off road allocated parking for one car. Located one mile from the closest beach at Swanpool, and a short drive of Falmouth resort attractions,Chy-Nans makes an ideal break away.
