Summary: Check-in took around an hour, which was frustrating. The room itself was fine, however the stay was very disrupted by noise. Children were knocking on doors and running away throughout the night, with shouting and running in the corridors still happening at 11:45pm on a Tuesday. Our room was next to a cleaning cupboard and we were woken early by cleaning trolleys being dragged along the wall beside the bed. There was more shouting in the corridors again from around 6:30am. Unfortunately, the lack of noise control and consideration for guests made it hard to get any rest.
