Positive: The room was tidy and there was everything we needed for me and my child. It was very calm at night, only some noise from the traffic, but not much. Good English breakfast. Hanger Lane underground station is very close to the hotel so it is easy to reach all the London sights. Thank you very much to the friendly and helpful staff!

Negative: We were on the ground floor and only saw car park from the window.
